For the convenience of your patients we offer a variety of payment plans and options to ensure that they receive the care they need.

• Bill Pay Online - coming soon
• Credit Card - As an added convenience, patients can pay the balance of charges due after insurance payments with their credit card. They may authorize this in advance, or call the billing office directly when they receive their statement. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
• Self pay - If the patient does not have insurance, we will offer a “time-of-service” discount. However, in order to receive this discount the entire amount must be paid on the day of their procedure.
• Payment plans - Patients can call our billing office at (203) 264-7999 to speak to a patient account representative. We will set up a payment plan that meets their needs.
